b atomic Inc ("b.atomic," "we," "us," or "our") operates the b.atomic platform, including Proposals by b.atomic and Service Center by b.atomic (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our Services.
Our Services are intended for use by licensed Property & Casualty insurance agencies and their authorized personnel located in the United States. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

a. Account and Contact Information
- Agent name and email address
- Agency name, phone number, and website
- Agency mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP)
- Contact role within the agency
- Agency logo (uploaded at onboarding)
- Agency Management System (AMS) provider
b. Billing and Payment Information
- Payment card details (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store raw card numbers)
- Billing address and transaction history
c. Usage and Platform Data
- Login activity, feature usage, and session data
- Device type, browser type, and operating system
- IP address and approximate location
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)
d. Insurance Workflow Data
- Policy information, renewal data, and endorsement records submitted through the platform
- Data exchanged with Agency Management Systems (AMS) via integration
- Communications and documents shared with insurance carriers through the platform
2. How We Use Your Information

- Provide, operate, and improve the Services
- Process payments and manage billing through Stripe
- Facilitate integrations with your Agency Management System
- Enable communication and document exchange with insurance carriers

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you request deletion of your account or data, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.

a. Access and Correction

You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing support@batomic.com. Please note that we only collect personal information from active customers. Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove your data subject to any legal or contractual obligations to retain it.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Agency Administrators and Authorized Users
Access to the B.atomic platform is managed at the agency level. The subscribing agency determines which of its employees or contractors are authorized to access and use the platform. b.atomic is not responsible for access decisions made by agency administrators.
If you are an authorized user whose access was granted by your agency, please contact your agency administrator regarding your account. For data requests related to your individual information, you may also contact us directly at support@batomic.com.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at support@batomic.com and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and notify active customers by email or in-platform notification.
